Before you approve the proof

You can cancel anytime before you approve your calendar proof for printing, for a full refund.

After you approve the proof

Once you approve, we send it to print, so we cannot cancel or refund. If we made a mistake (something different from the proof you approved, or a printing or damage problem), we will reprint it free.

Mistakes in what you approved

If a name or date was wrong in the proof you approved, we can reprint at cost. Just ask.

How to ask
